At Craft & Creations, our products are often handmade, customized, or prepared specifically for each order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted and the advance payment is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or correction.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect customization details provided by the customer.
